immerso in una limonaia, questo antico casale, finemente ristrutturato e dotato di piscina si affaccia sul golfo della riserva naturale di punta campanella regalando una vista mozzafiato. il personale è accogliente e gentile senza mai essere invadente. gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i confort e si può scegliere tra la possibilità di prepararsi uno spuntino in casa o approfittare della eccellente cucina delle nonne all' annesso ristorante " dolce far niente " . Se volete rilassarvi e visitare le meraviglie della costiera amalfitana è il posto ideale.

Here in Villarena you can find what you most could get close to Plato's concept of "Idea". Idea of either body and spiritual life. We must admit that everything co-worked in building up our three days of pure-above planet Earth concept. First hint, that is to be said, was the between-the-lines suggestion forwarded by a little image on a wall panel in the resort office, well-known famous image from a greek crater, black&white pattern-style, a real hymn to perfect love, perfect complete love. And there we were from the very start. And the lemon trees, from which we could pick out one1 fat fruit, peel its skin out and prepare in our "Brigante" apartment an old '70s refreshment, the Tropical. Ok, the rest is up to you, tourists-to-come; do not leave behind to have your dinner in their DolceFarNiente at least once; directly from relaxing shower to relaxing table in front of LiGalli and inside a tendering air stream from the sea.

We travelled here as mum, dad and teenage daughter. We found the standard of accommodation excellent and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone tried their very best to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we had an enjoyable time. The apartment was well located for excursions to Pompeii and Hurculeum as well as boat trips around the Amalfi coast. The pool is set amongst a lemon grove and has superb views over the coast. The owner is happy to provide help with walks amongst the wonderful surroundingg hillsides. This is a lovely place to relax and unwind and yet provide opportunities for travel further afield. This was the best holiday we have ever had, and we were are sorry to leave this little piece of heaven.

E' stata una vacanza davvero da sogno... gli appartamenti sono accurati e la vista è magnifica. Ma sopratutto il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente e l'atmosfera è familiare. Grazie a tutti, di vero cuore. Ritorneremo al più presto.

Thank you so much for a fantastic week here at Casale Villarena. Tha apartment was georgens, the view was excellent. We really have enjoied the sun the blu sea and the great natre. Tha fantastic dinner you made for us with live music and dancing in the garden is unforgetable. We also had a lovely day by boat to Capri, thanks to you. The only thing we missed was Grotto Azzurra. But that only means that we have to come back some day. So thank you again for making these days special for us

We Really spent a wonderfoul week in Casale Villarena. We were really pleased with tha appartment LA VETARA. The room are beautigul, the view is fantastic. We love being at the swimmingpool under the lemonstrees. We were served like Kings by Mario and we were surprised by the excellent cooking og Rosa. Thanks a lot to everybody. Family Dirink

Nous avons dècouvert Nerano et la Casale Villarena. Ce Fut un veritable bonheur de passer quelques jours ici.Nous conseillons a tous de venir decouvrir ce paradis, le lieu et la formidable equipe de cet endroi!!!! Bises a Rosa et a “ Super Mario”!!! Un Grand merci pour la qualite de l'accueil!!

...with Nerano, the villa and the owner. Casale Villarena is tucked away in the hills of Nerano on the Sorrento Peninsula. I was intially disappointed that the villa was 18 km away from Sorrento but quickly realized that being away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento was a much better way to enjoy this part of Italy. The apartment in the villa was beautifully decorated, fully equipped with kitchen essentials, and had a wonderful patio with a breathtaking view. Two small markets across the street provided everything you would desire to eat and drink. A pool nestled amongst the lemon trees is refereshing after a daytrip and is accessible at all times. The villa is about a 15 minute walk from the beach and marina. From here you can take trips to Amalfi, Positano and Capri (highly recommend it!), so there is no need to go to Sorrento. Arrangments for the tours can be made through the villa. Some restaurants and shops line the beach area. Enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the sea and people watching! The owner, Guglielmo, is charming and helpful. He is more than willing to sit and chat, arrange day trips, provide some local history and offer multiple glasses of his homemade limoncello. Casale Villarena is an excellent value, a beautiful property and a wonderful place to spend your time when you want to visit the Sorrento Peninsula. It is a must!
